The Aircraft Electronics Association Educational Foundation will be awarding 26 scholarships totaling over $100,000 for the 2002-2003 school year to students pursuing a career in aircraft maintenance or aircraft electronics. To apply for a scholarship visit www.aea.net foundation. Applications will be available for download on September 1, 2001 and the deadline to apply for the 2002-2003 school year awards is February 15, 2002. General eligibility guidelines include: US Citizen (except for Monte Mitchell Scholarship), minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. See application for further details.

  • Goodrich Avionics Systems Scholarship - $2,500
  • Bose Corporation Scholarship - $1,500
  • Field Aviation Co., Inc. Scholarship - $1,000
  • Mid-Continent Instrument Scholarship - $1,000
  • Dutch and Ginger Arver Scholarship - $1,000
  • Monte R. Mitchell Global Scholarship - $1,000
